~ The essential resource for MCSA leaders for use at the District Synod meetings and all leadership discussions.
Conference and the Connexional Executive are the MCSA’s highest legislative bodies. Conference has the responsibility of overseeing the work of the Church and of defining and interpreting its doctrine.
Decisions made at the Conference, under the direction of the Presiding Bishop, are mainly made through resolutions adopted for implementation in a range of different ways.
It is important for the Church that a memory is maintained of the various resolutions over the years, for follow-up, amendment as it becomes necessary, and as a record of the decisions of the church for research and reference.
