Raju A.CherianA graduate in Mechanical engineering and a post graduate in Business Administration, he holds the Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) (Government of India organization started with UN assistance). He was trained on Advanced Leadership Skills at Haggai Institute, Hawaii, USA. He has traveled around the world, and was trained by a galaxy of trainers across the globe. He has done extensive studies on management and leadershipHe was the Chief Executive of a prestigious public sector company in India. After holding senior positions for over 25 years in high profile industries, he promoted RACe Corporation, a personal development company, and has conducted numerous corporate training packages. He was the president of Kottayam Jaycees in 1976at the age of 26. He had received the best Jaycee Award in 1975. He has designed many unique plant and machinery, some of which were published internationally.
